These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ase444 (hereinafter "ase444", "we", "us", or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ase444 website located at https://ase444.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register an account with ase444 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with ase444 that was closed, suspended, or terminated by us for any reason.

• You are acting in your personal, non-professional capacity as a leisure user.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the ase444 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ase444 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any funds or bonuses held within them.

When registering you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account pending investigation.

ase444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may at any time, and in particular before processing a withdrawal, require you to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. ase444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction. Any remaining balance may be reclaimed by reactivating the account and submitting a verified withdrawal request.

In the event of a conflict between general bonus conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Players will be notified and their stake returned in full. Deliberate exploitation of known pricing errors constitutes unfair play and may result in account suspension.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
